Are you new to Pokemon Trading Card Game? Or just would like to play casually without any competitive pressure?
Join us every Sunday afternoon between 1-4PM for casual play that is great for beginners. You will learn to develop the fundamentals of play with others. Suggest and bounce deck ideas off each other. You can even trade cards with each other. Our expert staff will also be on hand to help provide advice and answer questions.
If you are brand new to the game, then one of our product experts will teach you using the Pokemon Battle Academy. Afterwards, we suggest purchasing our Learn to Play bundle to build your first deck: https://heroesworld.ca/products/pokemon-tcg-learn-to-play-bundle Our staff will help with this. Then monitor and advise on your first few games. Your first week of league play will be waived too.
League Details:
We will pair you up with other players to get games in. There will be a fun points system that will allow you to win cool prizes!
2 points for every win
1 point for each loss
2 points for bringing a new player
2 points for purchasing a monthly pass
2 points for teaching someone how to play the game
Whomever has the most points that week will win their choice of a prize!
Whomever has the most cumulative points over four weeks will win six booster packs!
