Wonder Man: The MCU’s Meta Hollywood Hit Just Landed – Time to Binge!

Marvel’s Wonder Man (2026), set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) and starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Simon Williams, debuted on Disney+ today, January 27, 2026. All eight episodes dropped at once (starting at 6 p.m. PT / 9 p.m. ET), so you can binge the whole thing immediately!
Early reviews are glowing—Rotten Tomatoes currently has it at a stellar 96% Fresh (certified fresh), making it one of the highest-rated MCU projects in recent years. Critics are calling it a grounded, low-stakes breath of fresh air for the franchise.
In the comics, Wonder Man (aka Simon Williams) is best known as a member of the Avengers and a Hollywood actor. Transformed by ionic energy, he possesses immense strength, invulnerability, flight, and near-immortality.
