Heroes World is Hiring A Part Time Store Associate!

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an organized retail environment, and has a passion for comics, games, and collectibles.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with questions, recommendations, and purchases
● Support daily store operations, including opening/closing tasks and maintaining a clean, organized environment
● Handle incoming and outgoing inventory, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise
● Maintain accurate and organized product displays and shelving
● Assist with order fulfillment, including preparing and organizing customer orders
● Operate store systems such as point-of-sale and phone communication
● Contribute to merchandising efforts to enhance the overall shopping experience
● Support sales initiatives through product knowledge, cross-selling, and upselling
● Perform general upkeep and maintenance tasks to ensure a welcoming store environment

● Strong interpersonal skills – a true “people person”
● Trustworthy and responsible
● Punctual and dependable
● Organized with attention to detail
● Creative thinker with problem-solving ability
● Comfortable using computers and basic retail systems
Preferred (Not Required)
● Extensive knowledge of Warhammer, Dungeons & Dragons, or board games
● Interest in one or more of the following: comic books, Warhammer, Dungeons & Dragons, action figures, board games, trading card games
